This attraction reserves the right to refuse admission to anyone. You will experience intense audio, scattered lighting, extremely low visibility, strobe lights, fog, damp or wet conditions, uneven paths, special effects, sudden actions and an overall physically demanding environment.
THERE ARE NO REFUNDS!
You will not be allowed on the trails without the proper footwear. High heels, flip flops, sandals, etc. are not appropriate for walking through the woods.
For the safety of our patrons, we do not allow victims to wear costumes, Halloween masks, or face paint on the trail.
Firearms, ammunition, knives, or weapons of any kind are not allowed at or in The Lost Hollows property or shuttle area.
Large bags are not allowed on the trail. Small backpacks and purses are discouraged but may be taken on the trail if our security deems them safe.
DO NOT ATTEND if you currently have flu-like symptoms or fever.
DO NOT ENTER a haunted trail if you suffer from asthma, heart conditions, physical ailments, respiratory or medical problems, any form of mental disease (including claustrophobia and PTSD), are prone to seizures, or are pregnant.
DO NOT ENTER the attraction if you are intoxicated, wearing any form of cast or medical brace, using crutches, or have any type of physical limitations.
DO NOT ENTER the attraction if you are taking medication or using drugs of any type. You will not be admitted if any of these conditions are noticed by our staff.
DO NOT smoke, run, eat, or drink inside the attraction. Touching actors, customers, or props inside the attraction is not allowed. No video or photography may be taken inside the attraction. You will not be admitted and/or you will be asked to leave the property if you fail to follow any of these rules.
Your ticket is a revocable license and may be taken with admission refused. Holder of this ticket understands that there is inherent risk involved with attending this attraction. Holder voluntarily assumes all risks and dangers associated with participation in this attraction. In consideration and acceptance of entrance into this attraction, holder agrees to release the operator, its parent corporations, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, staff and landlord from any liability, harm, injury, death, cost, or expense whatsoever that may arise directly or indirectly from attending this attraction.
